Your Carvana Limited Warranty covers repairs on most mechanical and electrical failed components on your used vehicle up to 100 days or 4,189 miles or if you sell your vehicle (whichever occurs first).

Here are some items that are NOT covered:
- Interior or Exterior Cosmetic Imperfections (Dents, dings, scratches, etc)
- Replaceable/Wearable Parts (Tires, brake pads, struts, shock absorbers, etc)
- Recommended Maintenance (Oil changes, filters, tune ups, etc)
- Aftermarket Accessories (Wheels, electronics, etc)
Under the Carvana Limited Warranty, your deductible will be $100 for any covered repairs at a Preferred Repair Facility. If you visit a Non-Preferred repair facility your deductible will be $350 for any covered repairs.
Preferred locations offer a trusted repair experience and the following benefits are included:
- $100 deductible for any covered repairs
- No diagnostic charges (CarvanaCare® excluded)
- 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty on completed repairs

SilverRock will reimburse your rental car expenses, subject to certain limitations. To receive reimbursement for a rental, you must contact SilverRock and provide a receipt from a licensed rental agency.
Carvana is proud to stand behind the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty takes precedence over the Carvana Limited Warranty; meaning you are covered under that warranty first. We encourage all customers, whether they purchased a new car from us or their manufacturer’s warranty remains active on their used car, to take advantage of the manufacturer’s warranty. If you have coverage, please see the manufacturer for your service and repairs.
